Privacy notice

Pre-release note: This text describes the processing technically implemented on the website. Highlighted items depend on company decisions (hosting, form delivery, recipients). The final version must be legally reviewed and reflect the actual processing.

1. Controller

Name, address, email of the controller – identical to the legal notice

2. Visiting the website (server log files)

When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser identifier) to deliver the website and keep the system secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Add hosting provider, server location and log retention period

3. Technical enquiry and email contact

If you contact us via the enquiry form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address, optionally company, phone number, machine details and your message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Required fields are name, email address, topic and message. Without them we cannot process your enquiry. Name the recipient/service provider for form delivery

Form entries are not stored in your browser and are not transmitted in the address bar.

4. Transfers to third countries

If enquiries are handled by teams outside the EU/EEA (e.g. in India or the UAE), state the recipients, the third country and the safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Carry out a transfer impact assessment before launch.

5. Retention

Define deletion periods for enquiries, e.g. deletion after final processing unless statutory retention obligations apply

6. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or marketing services. If you save a choice in the cookie settings, that choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This storage is strictly necessary to respect your decision (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). See the cookie policy for details.

7. Fonts

The fonts used are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to font provider servers.

8. External links

Links to external websites (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube, our online shop) are only opened when clicked. The respective provider is responsible for processing on those websites.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
