A used machine can be a good deal – or an expensive surprise. Our engineers assess the condition independently before you commit.
What we check
- Laser source
- Output power with a power meter, beam quality, operating hours and alarm history.
- Mechanics
- Machine bed, ball screws, backlash, linear guide wear.
- Control
- CNC error logs, software version, options.
- Electrics
- Cabinet, servo motors and drives including thermal imaging.
- Head & cooling
- Condition of optics, sensors and chiller.
Result
You receive a written report with the current condition, identified risks and an estimate of immediate and medium-term repair costs – as a basis for the purchase decision and price negotiation.
