Remanufacturing of CO2 laser assemblies
Over the years the gas discharge contaminates the resonator: optics, blower and pump wear faster, cut quality and speed drop. We clean and overhaul the assemblies instead of buying them new.

Turbo blower
FANUC turbo blowers for C1000 to C6000 resonators. Overhaul, oil change, commissioning to manufacturer specifications.

Resonator exhaust pump. Seal kit, filter, oil and testing before return.

Adaptive optics
Contaminated or oxidised AO mirrors. Failure analysis and refurbishment.

Resonator and deflection mirrors. Find causes before the next mirror fails.
02 Resonator reconditioning
Dismantle, clean and correctly reassemble the resonator
Dust from the ageing gas discharge settles throughout the resonator. During reconditioning we dismantle the resonator, clean it completely and reassemble it with the right tools – with measures against known failure causes.
With regular reconditioning: stable beam quality and longer life of optics, blower, power supply and vacuum pump. Effects on energy and gas consumption are demonstrated per machine.
