Laser cutting head repair
Burrs, dross, drifting focus or sensor errors: the cutting head is often the cause. We restore optics, sensors and autofocus and test the head before it is refitted.
Typical faults
- Burnt or contaminated protective window, burn marks on collimating or focusing lens
- Focal shift, unstable cut quality across the sheet
- Capacitive height control errors
- Autofocus drive failure
- Leaking cooling circuits or damaged seals
