Service for handheld laser welding machines
Handheld fibre laser welders join seams much faster than TIG or MIG. When the optics, wire feeder or source fail, production stops. We repair at assembly level.
Scope
- Welding gun
- Wobble optics: replacing and aligning galvo mirrors, focusing lens and protective window.
- Wire feeder
- Checking and calibrating motor, feed rollers and guide tube.
- Laser source
- Diagnosis and repair at module level (Raycus, MAX, IPG, JPT).
- Fibre cable
- Repairing the connector (QBH) and splicing the fibre.
- Chiller & safety
- Tightness and water circuit of the integrated chiller, safety interlocks and shielding gas valve.
Equipment we work on
Handheld fibre laser welders from 1 to 3 kW with Raycus, MAX, IPG or JPT sources and welding guns including Relfar, SUP (Sup20T), Hanwei and BOCI.
