Raycus fibre laser source repair
No output power, defective combiner, failed pump diodes: we restore Raycus sources in our workshop and test every source under full load.

- Replacing the red pilot/aiming laser used for positioning.

- Replacing faulty or weak diodes, calibration to rated power.
In practice
A 6 kW Raycus multi-module source arrived at the workshop with zero output: combiner defective, pump diode failed. After replacing the combiner and fitting tested pump diode modules, full rated power was restored and validated under continuous load.
